Auckland (National Office)

The Peace Foundation Auckland office has been in operation since 1975.  The majority of its work is focused on delivering programmes in schools, such as Roots of Empathy and Cool Schools, as well as arranging public events such as the annual Media Peace Awards and Schools' Peace Week. The Auckland office is also responsible for the production of The Peace Foundations quarterly newsletter, Peaceworks and houses one of New Zealand's most extensive Peace Education libraries and resource centres.
